Our 5‑Panel Nail Drug Test is a reliable solution for detecting long‑term drug use, making it ideal for workplace screening, personal testing, and legal or compliance needs.
This laboratory‑based test identifies the presence or absence of five major classes of commonly abused drugs or their metabolites:
✅ Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA)
✅ Cocaine
✅ Marijuana (THC)
✅ Opiates (including morphine, codeine, heroin/6‑AM)
✅ Phencyclidine (PCP)
Most drugs become detectable in fingernails approximately 7–14 days after use and can remain detectable for up to 3–6 months, depending on the length of the nail sample provided. This extended detection window offers a broader view of substance use history compared to urine or saliva testing.
This test requires clippings from all ten fingernails or all ten toenails—not both, as they cannot be mixed.
The test includes an initial screening and, when needed, confirmation testing using advanced methods such as LC‑MS/MS or GC‑MS for accurate, court‑defensible results. Review by a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) is available upon request (additional fees may apply).
